TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Suds and Shine Auto Spa

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Suds and Shine Auto Spa in Pennsylvania.

By booking or receiving services, you agree to the following:

1. Services

Suds and Shine Auto Spa provides automotive detailing services including but not limited to:

  • Exterior washes

  • Interior detailing

  • Paint correction

  • Waxing/sealants

  • Ceramic coatings

Service results may vary depending on vehicle condition.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments may require a deposit.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or emergencies.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payments.

  • Returned or disputed payments may result in additional fees.

4. Vehicle Condition Disclosure

Customers must disclose:

  • Existing paint damage

  • Loose trim

  • Aftermarket modifications

  • Prior bodywork

  • Mechanical issues

We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or improperly installed parts.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Pennsylvania law:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage.

  • We are not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service provided.

6. Satisfaction & Claims

If you are dissatisfied:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We must be given an opportunity to inspect and correct the issue.

Failure to notify within 24 hours may waive claims.

7. Weather & Environmental Conditions

For mobile services:

  • Service quality may be affected by weather.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to rain, snow, freezing temperatures, or unsafe conditions.

8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Aggressive behavior

  • Biohazard conditions

  • Excessively neglected vehicles beyond quoted condition

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Pennsylvania.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
